In this case you should fill "Form 1" and the password will be sent to the e-mail account provided when you registered.
2. My password doesn’t work
Trying to log in for the third time and receiving the error message "authorization
required" means the login information received by our server is not valid. The
cause for this problem are basically three: a. Password is incorrect b. Local problem, in your web browser c. Remote problem, in our server.
a. If the password is incorrect, you have to fill "Form1" and it will be sent to your e-mail account.
Login and password must be typed in small letters.
b. If your password is the same you've got from "Form 1" and is your ussual one, your web browser (e.g. Microsoft Internet Explorer) might be sending wrong login information or site shifts.
Start checking the browser matter, use "Form 2" to check if login/password are correct, if doesn't the problem is on your end of the line, check here some suggestions to solve the problem .
If login works, you'll see your "account status".
