Return privileges |
Each lot which results not according to description is returnable within 6 days of reception, except for the scanned items with defects shown in the picture, although not described. Each lot which authenticity is questioned in writing by a reliable expert authority, will be returnable within six months of reception, except lots offered as a forgery or 'as is'. Bulky lots, lots 'as is' and lots sold without reserve, are not returnable whatsoever. As we intend to bring you the best service and in spite the above conditions apply, we will do our best to satisfy all claims. |

Mailing charges and procedures |
We are forwarding to clients in USA via Courier to Miami
and once there by the U.S. Postal Service. The minimum actual cost for this
service is by First Class Mail (no track & trace) US$ 2.18 (up to 1oz:
maximum of 15 stamps) and US$ 2.35 (up to 2 oz). For Certified
Mail, add US$ 2.70 to the previous figures. Deliveries once posted at the
USPS (in Miami) will be at buyer's risk. We can dispatch by Insured Mail on
request. To clients in Americas, other than in USA, including Canada
and Mexico, we can dispatch through the Argentine Postal Service at the
minimum actual cost of US$ 3.40 (up to 20g: maximum of 10 stamps) or
US$ 5.30 (up to 150g), by Registered Air Mail. To clients in the rest of the world the minimum actual cost is US$ 3.55 (up to 20g: maximum of 10 stamps) or US$ 5.90 (up to 150g), by Registered Air Mail. Insured Mail to participating countries is available. Please require the information. |

Payment method |
All payments must be done in US dollars, unless otherwise combined. Personal cheques, bankdrafts, international money orders, etc. are accepted. Credit cards are not accepted, due to high commissions in Argentina, however they can be used through PayPal. Cash payment is not advised and if made, will be only at buyer's risk. We have banking accounts in USA, as well as in Switzerland, Germany and Spain. Transfers or deposits in European currencies to our accounts in Europe can be arranged with reasonable banking charges.
