| Return privileges | Every lot which description is not coincident is returnable within 5 days of reception; on scanned items returns will not be accepted for undescribed defects shown in the picture. Every lot which authenticity is questioned by a reliable expert authority will be returnable within six months of reception –so far the lot has not been offered as a forgery or "as is". Bulky lots, lots "as is", and lots sold without reserve, are not returnable whatsoever . Though these conditions applies, be sure we intend to bring the best services we are able to, and we will do our best to satisfy all claims, even if above the conditions stated herein. | |

| Mailing charges and procedures | For safety reasons and due to our far location (Argentine) we are obliged to forward purchased goods by air courrier up to Miami and by USPS thereon. The minimal cost for this procedure is a basic fare of U$ 7.- per shipment; this covers up to a pound weight. Buyers can hold deliveries combining several auctions in order to pay the said basic fare only once. This fare covers USPS certified mail for USA and Canada, and USPS registered mail for the rest of the world. Buyers may request others (insured, RRR, etc.) at his additional expense. Deliveries once posted at Miami and posting receipt issued by USPS authorities, they will be at buyers risks (the arrival to Miami is our responsibility). | |
| Payment methods | All payments
must be done in American dollars and current in US territory. Personal checks
, bankdrafts, international money orders, cashiers checks, etc. are accepted.
Due to exceedingly high rates for credit cards in Argentine (12%, 15%) those
will not be accepted. Transfer costs are on buyer. Cash payment are not advised and if made, will be at buyers risks. We have banking accounts in Switzerland, Spain, Argentine, and USA; transfers in European currencies to those accounts can also be arranged with reasonable banking charges – this has to be combined by both parties. Other specific auctioneer's conditions |
Payment must be made in full including delivery expenses before lots are sent. Credited customers that can be entitled to get goods before payment must apply for our "Good People Club" membership. Descriptions, number and catalogation are done according to last Scott catalogue (unless otherwise stated). Overdue accounts may cause suspension of membership privileges, and also will automatically produce a compound monthly interest of 3% plus a basic of U$.20.- for administrative expenses. Bidding in our sales constitutes the full acceptance of all the items stated in this page. | |
