Now that community has grown
far from our best expectations, we felt the need to create this site to develop community
member’s interaction. Here everybody can publicly criticize dealers, publicly
complaint, express opinions and or suggest improvements also publicly, denounce unethical
behavior of Philatino outsiders. Also full members here can offer items, request items,
swap, trade, publicize, and even increase their own business, and all for free. The only

| Hi folks! I've been bidding at Philatino for three months now and just found out this communications board is here! Just it goes to show that when I am here all I have on my mind is stamps! But I have to say that I have been an active bidder in mail and internet auctions for a lot of years now and I honestly beleive this is the best and easiest to use site around. Every dealer I have dealt with here(Stamp Widows, Estudio, Kings, Tango,AGS, Philatelia Emoriz,Stamp Dealers, ABC Uniphila, And SAA Philatelic [I think thats all of them]) have been fantastic! denounce eBay seller DP38 for committing frauds in the net. I denounce eBay for protect and favourish fraudulent procedures... I’ve purchased three items from Mr. Pat McElroy (DP38) which I paid and never came. (#4172025472, #5500710629, #5500709831). Although DP38 is a power seller and has a 139 positive feedback, negative and neutral feedback refer to the same matter (all high transactions seems were never completed). See his feedback. No matter I denounced him profusely at eBay, no action was taken and my u$377,43.- were stolen without further consecquences. | I have recently received lots from: Kings>>100% great rating SDCWI>>90% rating,1 item misidentified but no complaints. Tango95% rating. Couple creases ironed but on cheaper items. Am now bidding on more items from Kings, and Estudio 20, who just keep on listing things I want. Love your site, it is easy, fast,the people I have e-mailed have given fast concise answers to my dumb questions,and your explanation of the BAS expulsion was terrific. truly enjoy looking at Your Auction Sites. Your site is so user friendly. I can navigate
through a number of different Auction Sites with minimum effort. I only collect Philippines to 1946, which do not show up often, but I keep looking. Thanks, Bill |

unexpected and at unprecise time (within ten minutes before, or ten minutes after the
scheduling). This is because we feel it is not fair that a lot can be won by an
